How the pricing works.
Why do solo instructors pay a flat fee, but schools pay by pupil?
A single instructor keeps a fairly steady book of pupils, so a flat monthly fee is simple and predictable. A school runs many instructors at once, so pricing on the pupils it actually teaches, pooled across the team, tracks the value it gets without a bill that jumps around.
What counts as an active pupil?
A learner with a lesson in that month. Pupils who have finished or paused do not count, so a school only ever pays for the teaching it is doing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no contract. Your trial is 14 days with no card, and you can cancel whenever you like.
